The application for the 6th ElevatorSpeech Festival is open

For the first time in the history of The ElevatorSpeech Festival it is also possible to participate in the competition with an English presentation. We hope to see many foreign students among the applicants and the audience of the event.

The 6^th ElevatorSpeech Festival is going to be held on Wednesday, the 18^th of March at 5:15 pm. The organizers of the Festival are expecting applications from undergraduate, master and PhD students. The contestants are supposed to describe their field of interests in short, straightforward and entertaining presentations (also known as elevator speeches). The elevator speeches are going to be evaluated by a jury consisting of biologists, scientists of other fields, communicational professionals and teachers. The presentations are going to be assessed based on their entertainment factor, scientific accuracy and scientific communication. For the presentation the applicants can either use a single static slide (so without any animations) or one other illustrative tool of their choice.
